Take a mixing bowl add drained soya chunks +gram flour +Chili powder +haldi powder +garam masala powder +salt mix well it then rest them 15 min
Take a non-stick pan heat 1 spoon oil add that garnished chunks in low flame n saute it continuously till the oil separate from chunks
Then heat oil the same pan add onion till u get light brown add all the dry masalas n cook till oil for 2-3 mins add tomatoes n mix well put 2cup water n boiled it
Now open the cover add chunks in the the gravy cook till oil seperates add soya chunks n keep stirring for few mins then add 1 tsp coriander leaves garam masala mix it well
