Make a smooth batter with oats (tandoori flavoured)
Add besan
Add salt as per taste.black pepper powder-1/2teaspoon,coriander powder-1/2teaspoon,pinch of jeera (cumin seeds),pinch of ajewain,chat masala -1/4teaspoon a water to make a thick batter.
Now heat oil in a wok and pour the batter with ladle and deep fry them.
Serve hot with onion and tomato rings and ketchup.
