Take a kadai heat oil n fry all bhindi (lady fingers) and after fry transfer a bowl
At the same kadai add cumin n saute it add hing then onion mix nicely n saute the onion
Then add in kadhi ginger, garlic paste saute it after goes raw smell add chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder mix well n add chopped tomato n salt nd little sugar in low flame for 3-4 minutes
now add Roasted cumin powder then take curd a mixing bowl add Roasted gram flour mix it properly and add the kadai and saute it continuously till separate oil from masala
now add 1/2 cup water in kadhi in medium flame then add bhindi n lemon juice mix well n saute it carefully after 2-3 minutes add coriander leaves nd garam masala powder mix well switch off the flame n cover lid the kadai for 5 minutes
ready for serve this yummy bhindi with rice ππ
