Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 6-7 nos soya chap


  • 2-3 tsp hung curd


  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 3-4 tsp bread crumbs


  • 1 bowls crushed corn flakes


  • 1 cups all purpose flour


  • 1 tsp oregano


  • 1 tsp salt,to taste


  • 1 cups oil for frying

Directions

  • Soak Chap in warm water for 10 minutes.
  • After that drain the water.
  • Add hung curd,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,garam masala,oregano and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix it well and marinate the chap for 30-35 minutes.
  • Add all purpose flour ,salt and water in a bowl and make a batter.
  • Add bread crumbs and crushed corn flakes in a plate.
  • Dip marinate chap in all purpose flour batter.
  • Coated with corn flakes properly.
  • Deep fried till golden in colour.
  • Serve with onion,lemon,cucumber and green chutney.
