Ingredients

  • maida 1 cups

  • salt 1 pinch

  • kala jeera 1/2 tsp

  • oil for deep fry 2 cups

  • boiled potatoes 2 nos

  • green matar 1 tsp

  • peanut 1 tsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder, n Amchur powder 1 tsp

Directions

    Add 1/4th cup warm oil to maida n mix well add salt, kala jeera n make the dough

  • 02

    For stuffing in a pan add oil fry peanut, add ginger garlic paste satue add garam masala green peas, turmeric powdr, Amchur powder mix well add boiled mashed potatoes mix well

  • 03

    Rolled out small puri from dough cut in between now take 1 pic n give it a cone shape fill the stuffing n sealed it like pocket
