  • 1 cups maida

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1/2 tsp kala jeera

  • 2 cups oil for deep fry

  • 2 nos boiled potatoes

  • 1 tsp green matar

  • 1 tsp peanut

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder, n amchur powder


  • Add 1/4th cup warm oil to maida n mix well add salt, kala jeera n make the dough
  • For stuffing in a pan add oil fry peanut, add ginger garlic paste satue add garam masala green peas, turmeric powdr, Amchur powder mix well add boiled mashed potatoes mix well
  • Rolled out small puri from dough cut in between now take 1 pic n give it a cone shape fill the stuffing n sealed it like pocket
