  • 1 cups atta

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 2 tsp grated mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tsp chopped capcicum

  • 3 tsp butter


  • Knead a dough from atta
  • Rolled it like a roti put cheese n capsicum inside it fold it... Dust some Atta n again rolled it to puri shape
  • Heat the tawa... Put the rolled out parantha.. N fry it with butter from both side
