Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cup onion julienne


  • 1 cup cabbage julienne


  • 1 spoon grated ginger - garlic


  • 1 spoon kashmiri red chilli powder


  • 2-3 green chilli chopped


  • 3/4 spoon salt or as per taste


  • 1/2 cup gramflour


  • 1/2 cup cournflour


  • 100 gram oil or as per needed


  • 1 spoon schezwan sauce

Directions

  • In mixing bowl combine all the ingredients except oil
  • Add 1/2 cup andmix to make a batter.
  • Heat oil in a wok and scoop out the mixture in small quantities and drop in oil and deep fry on midium flame till golden brown colour and crisp.
  • Serve hot with sause or schezwan chutney.
