Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups gramflour


  • 100 gms paneer


  • 1/2 tsp salt or as per taste


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 pinch baking soda


  • 1/4 tsp ajwain


  • 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 5-6 tsp oil or as per needed

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl put gramflour, baking soda, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder and chopped coriander leaves.
  • Now add little water slowly and make batter without any lumps. cut the paneer into cubes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and dip the paneer into batter.
  • Fry both sides till dark brown colour on midium flame.
  • Serve hot with sause or chutney.
