Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cups boiled noodles


  • 1 cups chopped vegetables (carrots, capsicums and onions)


  • 2 tbsp butter


  • 2 tsp piri piri masala


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1/4 cups spring onion and chopped coriander leaves

Directions

  • Take pan add butter when butter starts melting add chopped vegetables
  • Saute for few min
  • Add noodles and piri piri masala
  • Mix well and cook for 2-3 min
  • Now garnish with coriander leaves and spring onions
