  • 250 gms panner

  • 2 nos bell pepper

  • 2 nos onions

  • 1 cups fresh cream

  • 1 tsp black pepper powder

  • 1 tsp dry kasuri meethi

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • Cut panner in bite sized cubes
  • Chop onions and bell pepper in squares
  • Take a bowl add fresh cream and season it with salt and pepper then add all other spices and mix it well then marinate paneer cubes for 5 min.
  • Now take toothpick and arrange panner,onion,bell pepper togethor.
  • Heat non stick pan and brush some oil then grill panner till golden and crisp.
  • Serve it with mint chuttney or any dip of your choice.
