  • mustard oil 5 tbsp

  • sesame oil 2 tbsp

  • chicken 500 gms

  • Garlic Schezwan Sauce 2 tbsp

  • Tomato Sauce 2 tbsp

  • cumin powder 2 1/2 tsp

  • Bay Leaf 1 nos

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Chilli Powder 1 tbsp

  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1 1/2 tsp

  • White Pepper Powder 1 tsp

  • Soy Sauce 1 tbsp

  • Jalapeno Spring Onions 2 nos

  • Coriander 2 nos

  • onion 100 gms

  • garlic 10 nos

  • ginger 2 nos

  • Dry Kashmiri Lal Mirch 2 nos

  • Lime Juice 1 tbsp

  • Salt To Taste 1 pinch

  • Water 1 cups

    Chicken Marinate With Turmeric, Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Lime Juice & Salt

    Mixed Well & Set Aside For 1 Hours Heat The Sesame Oil In A Pan.

    Add Onion Garlic And Ginger And Saut For Minute Now Onion Ginger And Garlic And Kashmiri Lal Mirch Grind With Enough Water To Form A Smooth Paste Now Heat The Mustard Oil In A Pan Add 1 Bay Leaf

    Then Add Marinated Chicken And Cook 10 Min With Medium Heat Heat

    Stir Occasionally.. Add Garam Masala.. Other Spice With Curd½ Cup Water With Medium Heat..10 Min.

    Stir Occasionally.. After A Minute Spice Leave The Oil Now Add Spring Onions, Jalapeño, Coriander Leaf And Sauce With Salt And Stir Occasionally.And Cover& Cook For 5 Min With Medium Low Heat . Pork Is Done..
