An adorable way to serve bite-size salads. It can be prepared using carrots, Red Radish, tomatoes, onions etc. and using various dips. Quick, easy, and require few ingredients for preparation.

Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups cucumber (sliced)


  • 1/2 cups hung curd or cream cheese


  • 1/2 tsp garlic finely chopped garlic powder


  • 2 tsp onion finely choppedor onion powder


  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander


  • 1/2 tsp sugar


  • 1/4 tsp salt or to taste

Directions

  • Cut cucumber into thick round slices either skin on or peeled off.
  • In a blender take the chopped onion, chopped garlic, coriander, salt, and sugar. Blend into a thick fine paste.
  • In a bowl, take hung curd. Add prepared paste. Mix well. The dip is ready.
  • In a plate keep cucumber slices. Top with Hung curd dip.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve.
