  • Baby corns 6-8 nos

  • Crumbled Paneer 1 cups

  • Boiled and mashed potatoes 2 nos

  • chat masala 1 tsp

  • Salt 1/4 tsp

  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp

  • Garam masala 1 tsp

  • All purpose flour 2 tbsp

  • Bread crumbs 1 tbsp

  • Oil 2 cups

    Wash baby corns , pat dry and keep aside

    in a mixing bowl take, crumbled paneer, mashed potato, garam masala, black pepper powder, salt to taste, ginger garlic paste and little chat masala

    Mixwell everything and prepare a smooth uniform mixture

    Now take, baby corns apply sufficient amount of ready mixture and give them shape of lollipop

    in a mixing bowl take all purpose flour some salt to taste and some black pepper powder at little water and prepare a smooth thick paste

    Coat lollipops into this all purpose flour paste and then sprinkle some bread crumbs on them

    Heat sufficient oil in a heavy bottom pan and deep fry all the corn lollipops till golden brown ...keep the flame low

    Serve hot immediately with green chutney tomato sauce or mayonnaise dip
