  • 6-8 nos baby corns

  • 1 cups crumbled paneer

  • 2 nos boiled and mashed potatoes

  • 1 tsp chat masala

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper powder

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp bread crumbs

  • 2 cups oil


  • Wash baby corns , pat dry and keep aside
  • in a mixing bowl take, crumbled paneer, mashed potato, garam masala, black pepper powder, salt to taste, ginger garlic paste and little chat masala
  • Mixwell everything and prepare a smooth uniform mixture
  • Now take, baby corns apply sufficient amount of ready mixture and give them shape of lollipop
  • in a mixing bowl take all purpose flour some salt to taste and some black pepper powder at little water and prepare a smooth thick paste
  • Coat lollipops into this all purpose flour paste and then sprinkle some bread crumbs on them
  • Heat sufficient oil in a heavy bottom pan and deep fry all the corn lollipops till golden brown ...keep the flame low
  • Serve hot immediately with green chutney tomato sauce or mayonnaise dip
  • Enjoy endlessly with family and friends
