  • brown Channa 1/2 cups

  • small carrot grated 1 nos

  • cucumber chopped finely 1 nos

  • small Tomato chopped 1 nos

  • chopped onion 1 nos

  • small Green chilli one small one 1 nos

  • Pink Himalayan salt to sprinkle 1/2 tsp

  • Lemon juice 1 tsp

  • Pudina/ mint and coriander chopped 1 tsp

  • Pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Soak the brown Chana and cook in pressure cooker for 6 whistles. Then add pink Himalayan salt and boil in the same water and keep aside.

    Now in a bowl add grated carrot cut cucumber add chopped tomatoes and onions green chilli pepper pink Himalayan salt pudina lemon juice and coriander mix well and add the cooked Channa.
