  • 1/2 cups brown channa

  • 1 nos small carrot grated

  • 1 nos cucumber chopped finely

  • 1 nos small tomato chopped

  • 1 nos chopped onion

  • 1 nos small green chilli one small one

  • 1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt to sprinkle

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp pudina/ mint and coriander chopped

  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder


  • Soak the brown Chana and cook in pressure cooker for 6 whistles. Then add pink Himalayan salt and boil in the same water and keep aside.
  • Now in a bowl add grated carrot cut cucumber add chopped tomatoes and onions green chilli pepper pink Himalayan salt pudina lemon juice and coriander mix well and add the cooked Channa.
