1/2 cups brown channa
1 nos small carrot grated
1 nos cucumber chopped finely
1 nos small tomato chopped
1 nos chopped onion
1 nos small green chilli one small one
1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt to sprinkle
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp pudina/ mint and coriander chopped
1/2 tsp pepper powder
Directions
Soak the brown Chana and cook in pressure cooker for 6 whistles. Then add pink Himalayan salt and boil in the same water and keep aside.
Now in a bowl add grated carrot cut cucumber add chopped tomatoes and onions green chilli pepper pink Himalayan salt pudina lemon juice and coriander mix well and add the cooked Channa.
