  • thick buttermilk 2 cups

  • small onion chopped 1 nos

  • curry pata 1/2 cups

  • mustard seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Chana daal 1/2 tsp

  • urad daal 1/2 tsp

  • red dry chilli 2 nos

  • green chilli chopped 1 nos

  • Ginger grated 1/2 inch

  • turmeric powder 1 pinch

  • Pink Himalayan salt or as per taste 1/2 tsp

  • Hing 1 pinch

  • Oil for tadka 2 tsp

    Take A Pan Add Oil Then Add Mustard Chana Daal And Urad Daal And Let It Splutter Then Add Turmeric Powder Green Chilli Curry Leaves Hing And Sauté To This Add Onions Ginger Salt And Cook Well Cool This Mixture And Add It To The Buttermilk.

    Mix Well Add Let It Rest For One Hour So That All The Tastes Get Infused.
