Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cups thick buttermilk


  • 1 nos small onion chopped


  • 1/2 cups curry pata


  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/2 tsp chana daal


  • 1/2 tsp urad daal


  • 2 nos red dry chilli


  • 1 nos green chilli chopped


  • 1/2 inch ginger grated


  • 1 pinch turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt or as per taste


  • 1 pinch hing


  • 2 tsp oil for tadka

Directions

  • Take A Pan Add Oil Then Add Mustard Chana Daal And Urad Daal And Let It Splutter Then Add Turmeric Powder Green Chilli Curry Leaves Hing And Sauté To This Add Onions Ginger Salt And Cook Well Cool This Mixture And Add It To The Buttermilk.
  • Mix Well Add Let It Rest For One Hour So That All The Tastes Get Infused.
  • Serve With Hot Brown Rice.
