1/2 cups horse gram sprouts steamed
1 nos medium chopped cucumber
1 nos small carrot grated
1 nos medium onion chopped
1 nos small tomato
1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt and pepper or as per taste
1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Mix all chopped veggies and sprouts with pepper and salt first then add lemon juice mix well and serve.
