Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 nos brinjal medium size


  • 1 tbsp corn flour


  • 1 tbsp plain flour


  • 1 tsp gram flour


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder


  • 1/2 nos chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 tsp salt as a taste


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 cups water


  • 1/4 cups oil for fry

Directions

  • In a bowl take all ingredients mix well and make a paste.
  • Now cut the brinjal into slices not too thin and not too thick.
  • Put slices in the paste and magnet it, keep aside for 10 min.
  • Heat a pan spray oil and put slices cover it and cook a min after that turn the slices and cook 1 or 2 min more.
  • Now our brinjal fry is ready for eat.
