Ingredients

  • brinjal medium size 1 nos

  • corn flour 1 tbsp

  • plain flour 1 tbsp

  • gram flour 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • coriander powder 1 tsp

  • cumin powder 1/2 tsp

  • chilli powder 1/2 nos

  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

  • salt as a taste 1 tsp

  • oil 2 tbsp

  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • water 1/2 cups

  • oil for fry 1/4 cups

Directions

    In a bowl take all ingredients mix well and make a paste.

    Now cut the brinjal into slices not too thin and not too thick.

    Put slices in the paste and magnet it, keep aside for 10 min.

    Heat a pan spray oil and put slices cover it and cook a min after that turn the slices and cook 1 or 2 min more.

    Now our brinjal fry is ready for eat.
