Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cups roasted vermicelli


  • 1 nos big onion finely chopped


  • 1 tsp carrot finely chopped


  • 1 tsp capsicum finely chopped


  • 1/2 tsp finely chopped french beans


  • 2 tsp green peas


  • 1/2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves


  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 nos tomato finely chopped


  • 1 pinch turmeric powder


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder


  • 2 cups water


  • 1/2 cups mix veg seviya : roasted vermicelli


  • 1 nos big onion finely chopped


  • 1 tsp carrot finely chopped


  • 1 tsp capsicum finely chopped


  • 1/2 tsp finely chopped french beans


  • 2 tsp green peas


  • 1/2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves


  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 nos tomato finely chopped


  • 1 pinch turmeric powder


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder


  • 2 cups water

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan, and add onion and saute till the becomes light brown. Add all the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add salt, red chilli powder,garam masala and mix well.add rosted vermicelli, 2 cup water and cook for 10 minutes or cook until the water is absorbed.
  • Add coriander leaves and mix very well. And serve hot.
  • Mix veg Seviya : Heat oil in a pan, and add onion and saute till the becomes light brown. Add all the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
