Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Roasted vermicelli 1/2 cups

  • big onion finely chopped 1 nos

  • carrot finely chopped 1 tsp

  • capsicum finely chopped 1 tsp

  • finely chopped French beans 1/2 tsp

  • green peas 2 tsp

  • finely chopped coriander leaves 1/2 tsp

  • red chilli powder 1/4 tsp

  • tomato finely chopped 1 nos

  • turmeric powder 1 pinch

  • oil 2 tsp

  • garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

  • water 2 cups

  • Mix veg Seviya : roasted vermicelli 1/2 cups

  • big onion finely chopped 1 nos

  • carrot finely chopped 1 tsp

  • capsicum finely chopped 1 tsp

  • finely chopped French beans 1/2 tsp

  • green peas 2 tsp

  • finely chopped coriander leaves 1/2 tsp

  • red chilli powder 1/4 tsp

  • tomato finely chopped 1 nos

  • turmeric powder 1 pinch

  • oil 2 tsp

  • garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

  • water 2 cups

Directions

    Heat oil in a pan, and add onion and saute till the becomes light brown. Add all the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.

    Add salt, red chilli powder,garam masala and mix well.add rosted vermicelli, 2 cup water and cook for 10 minutes or cook until the water is absorbed.

    Add coriander leaves and mix very well. And serve hot.

    Mix veg Seviya : Heat oil in a pan, and add onion and saute till the becomes light brown. Add all the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.

    Add salt, red chilli powder,garam masala and mix well. add rosted vermicelli, 2 cup water and cook for 10 minutes or cook until the water is absorbed.
