1/2 cups roasted vermicelli
1 nos big onion finely chopped
1 tsp carrot finely chopped
1 tsp capsicum finely chopped
1/2 tsp finely chopped french beans
2 tsp green peas
1/2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1 nos tomato finely chopped
1 pinch turmeric powder
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
2 cups water
1/2 cups mix veg seviya : roasted vermicelli
1 nos big onion finely chopped
1 tsp carrot finely chopped
1 tsp capsicum finely chopped
1/2 tsp finely chopped french beans
2 tsp green peas
1/2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1 nos tomato finely chopped
1 pinch turmeric powder
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
2 cups water
Directions
Heat oil in a pan, and add onion and saute till the becomes light brown. Add all the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
Add salt, red chilli powder,garam masala and mix well.add rosted vermicelli, 2 cup water and cook for 10 minutes or cook until the water is absorbed.
Add coriander leaves and mix very well. And serve hot.
Mix veg Seviya : Heat oil in a pan, and add onion and saute till the becomes light brown. Add all the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
Add salt, red chilli powder,garam masala and mix well. add rosted vermicelli, 2 cup water and cook for 10 minutes or cook until the water is absorbed.
Add coriander leaves and mix very well. And serve hot.
