  • 1 tsp namak, mirach, haldi, swad anusar


  • 2 nos grevi ke liye : bde pyaj

  • 7-8 nos kli lahshun


  • 2 tbsp kichan king masala


  • 2 inch adrak ka tulsa


  • 1/2 cups dhi


  • 1/2 tsp jeera


  • 1 tsp nanak


  • 1 tsp mirach


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1/2 tsp shukha dhniya


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp kasturi methi


  • 1 pinch chutki bhar hig


  • 1 tsp oil

Directions

  • Ghiye me namak, mirach, haldi swad ke hisab se Dale besan dal kar gund le or oil garam kar Man chahi shep me tal le.
  • Gravy : Payaj, adrek, tamater, lahshun, ko pis le or kdai me tel dale or jeera, hig dale phir masala dale Pisa hua or achchhe se bhune jab tel chhod de to msale
  • Dale thoda bhune or 2 glasses pani Dale or oblne de 5 min pair kofte Dale or 7 min obale or gas band kre. Kofte tayar h sarv kre.
