Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cups rava/suji roasted


  • 4 nos boiled potato


  • 1/4 cups curd


  • 1/4 cups parboiled palak paste


  • 2 tbsp ginger green chilli paste


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 1 tsp coriander jeera powder


  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 cups bread crumbs


  • 1/4 cups corn flour


  • 2 cups oil for deep frying


  • 1/4 cups cheese grated

Directions

  • Firstly in a big bowl mix curd, palak and suji and mix well.
  • Rest for 10-15 minutes and keep aside.
  • Now combine all the ingredientes and mix well.
  • Now take small ball from mixture and roll to cylindrical finger length.
  • Coat in corn flour and deep fry till turn crispy and golden brown.
  • Drain over a kitchen towel to absorb excess oil.
  • Serve crispy fingers with tomato sauce.
