Firstly in a big bowl mix curd, palak and suji and mix well.
Rest for 10-15 minutes and keep aside.
Now combine all the ingredientes and mix well.
Now take small ball from mixture and roll to cylindrical finger length.
Coat in corn flour and deep fry till turn crispy and golden brown.
Drain over a kitchen towel to absorb excess oil.
Serve crispy fingers with tomato sauce.
