Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgs lauki


  • 2 cups curd


  • 3/4 tsp salt or as per taste


  • 1 tsp grated ginger n garlic


  • 2-3 nos green chilli chopped


  • 1 tsp mustered powder


  • 2 tsp mustard oil

Directions

  • Peel the lauki and chopped them.
  • In pressure cooker put chopped lauki and 1 cup water, take 1 whistle.
  • Let it be cool.
  • In a big bowl put boiled lauki,salt, ginger - garlic, green chilli musterd powder and musterd oil.
  • Now add whisk curd and mix well.
  • Serve with roti ya rice.
