  • Chicken 500g Chopped nion 3 medium Chopped tomato 2 Green chilly 4 Ginger 1 piece Garlic 7-8 clove Chopped coriander 1.5 tap Kasoori methi 1/2 tsp Haldi 1tsp Pisa dhaniya 1tsp Garam masala 1/2 tsp Oil 2tsp Salt to taste

    Heat oil in a kadahi/ wok Add onions and fry till golden brown In between grind tomato, ginger, garlic and green chillies Once onion golden brown add tomato mixture keep flame medium Add chopped coriander and whole masale and fry till oil remove Add chicken pieces and stir Keep flame big low Don't add water Cover and simmer for 5 minutes After 5 minutes stir And cook chicken in tradka for 10-15 minutes on low flame stir between Hot Rada Chicken is ready Serve with naan or roti Best for drinks also.
