Sprouted moong dal ( method mentioned below ) 2 tbsp
Boiled black Chane 1 tsp
Small pieces of boiled potatoes 1 tbsp
Small pieces of cucumber 1 tbsp
Small pieces of tomato 1/2 tbsp
Chopped Green chilly 1 nos
Chopped mint & cilantro leaves 1/2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
chat masala 1 tbsp
Roasted jeera powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
grated potato 1 cups
For garnishing : Pomegranate kernels 1 tbsp
Tamarind chutney 1 tbsp
green chutney1 1 tbsp
Beaten curd 1 tbsp
Roasted peanuts 1 tsp
For diet drink 1 serving : Basil leaves 12-15 nos
Mint leaves 10-12 nos
Cilantro leaves 10-12 nos
Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
Rock salt 1/2 tsp
Green chilly 1 nos
Yogurt 1/2 cups
cucumber 1/4 nos
Lemon slice 1 nos
Water 1 cups
First adjust grated potato in muffin tray like a deep bowl and bake it till potatoes become brown and crisp. Let it cool down.
Now mix all mentioned ingredients in a bowl.
Fill Tokri wid sprout mixture.
At last garnish wid chutneys & ingredients mentioned above .

To make sprout :Soak moong dal overnight. Next day wash it thrice thoroughly & wrap in muslin cloth. Now keep in warm place to sprout.
On next day again wash thrice & tie in muslin cloth. Keep sprinkling water.
on 3rd day sprouts will be ready to Enjoy.
For diet drink 1 serving :First rub lemon slice on rim of glass & rub roasted jeera powder on it.
Now add everything in blender except yogurt.
At last add yogurt and blend again.
Basil leaves gives yummy taste.
