Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups gramflour


  • 4-5 nos bread slices


  • 1/2 tsp salt or as per taste


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 pinch baking soda


  • 1/4 tsp ajwain


  • 1 cups oil

Directions

  • Cut the bread in in triangular shape.
  • Put all the remaining ingredients accept oil and add little water slowly and make batter without any lumps.
  • Heat oil in a wok.
  • Dip the bread into batter and deep fry on midium flame till golden brown colour from all sides.
  • Take out on tissue paper for observed extra oil.
  • Serve hot with sause or chutney.
