Ingredients

Serves 2

  • gramflour 1 cups

  • bread slices 4-5 nos

  • salt or as per taste 1/2 tsp

  • turmeric 1/4 tsp

  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • coriander powder 1/2 tsp

  • baking soda 1 pinch

  • ajwain 1/4 tsp

  • oil 1 cups

Directions

    Cut the bread in in triangular shape.

  • 02

    Put all the remaining ingredients accept oil and add little water slowly and make batter without any lumps.

  • 03

    Heat oil in a wok.

  • 04

    Dip the bread into batter and deep fry on midium flame till golden brown colour from all sides.

  • 05

    Take out on tissue paper for observed extra oil.

  • 06

    Serve hot with sause or chutney.
