Ingredients
Serves 4
Whole Wheat burger buns 2 nos
Black Olives 1/2 tbsp
Tomato finely chopped 1/2 tbsp
Onion finely chopped 1/2 tbsp
Boiled Corn kernels 1/2 tbsp
Finely chopped Green Capsicum 1/2 tbsp
Pizza sauce 1 tbsp
Mozeralla cheese 2 tbsp
Salt according to taste 1 pinch
Oregano 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Slices of cucumber and Tomato 3-4 nos
Lettuce leaves 2-3 nos
Chilly flakes 1/4 tsp
Directions
First mix all vegetables by adding salt and keep aside.
Now take both buns and cut from the centre.
Take pizza sauce and spread evenly on all 4 inner sides of buns.
Take mixture of vegetables and spread evenly on all 4 sides. Now sprinkle mozeralla cheese liberally over it.
At last sprinkle some chilly flakes , garam masala and oregano .
Now keep in oven and bake till cheese melts and buns become crisp.
After taking out of oven spread lettuce leaves , tomato and cucumber slices on lower parts of both buns.
Now keep upper baked part of buns over lower parts.
At last sprinkle some mozeralla cheese and olives on top of burger pizza buns.
Enjoy as it is or bake till cheese melts.
Yummy pizza burger is ready to enjoy.
My Tip: More vegetables can also be added in it.
