Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups quinoa


  • 2.5 cups water


  • 1 cups blanched carrot


  • 1 cups boiled corns


  • 1 cups deseeded tomato chopped


  • 1 tsp butter


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 cups chopped cottage cheese


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


  • 1 cups lettuce leaves


  • 1 tbsp pudina leaves


  • 1 tsp chilly flakes


  • 1/2 cups pomegranite


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 cups chopped cucumber


  • 1 tsp haldi

Directions

  • First boil the quinoa.. soak quinoa for 1 hr then drain the water now take a pan add water..haldi..salt and quinoa cover it for 20 min on simmer. Quinoa ready
  • Now take a bowl add blanched carrot..lemon..salt and pepper keep aside..
  • Take another bowl add corns.. butter..salt..chilli flakes.mix it well..keep aside.
  • Now take a mason jar and arrange the qunioa and veggies.. on the top drizzle little olive oil..
  • Enjoy..best for those who r on diet.. full meal in one mason jar..
