Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Cashews 150 gms

  • Ghee 1-2 tsp

  • Salt to taste 2-3 pinch

  • Oil 1 tsp

Directions

    Take a baking tray and grease it with little oil

  • 02

    Preheat the oven at 150 degrees for 10 minutes

  • 03

    Now take ghee on your palm and rub the cashews with it so that it gets slightly coated with it.

    Sprinkle salt on the cashews...

  • 05

    Now bake these in an oven for 10 minutes at 150 degree...Keep checking in between.

    Later remove and let it cool...

    Store in airtight container
