Salted Cashew Nuts


This easy recipe requires lesser time and few ingredients. Perfect and healthy snack for everyone at home.

  • 1/2 cups cashew nuts

  • 1/2 tbsp warm water

  • 3/4 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp oil


  • Add salt in a warm water. Let it dissolve.
  • In a bowl take Cashew nuts. Pour this water. Mix well until all the cashew nuts coated well with salt water.
  • Preheat oven at 160-degree C.
  • Place cashews in a single layer on a baking tray. Sprinkle some salt.
  • Bake cashew nuts in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes. Check-in intervals.
  • Remove and sprinkle some oil. Coat well. Remove excess salt if any.
  • Bake again for 2-3 minutes or until light brown.
  • Cool and store in airtight container.
