  • 1 bowls leftover moth sprouts

  • 1/2 bowls chopped boiled methi

  • 1/2 tsp chat masala

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder

  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs if needed


  • Boil methi for 2 to 3 mins.
  • Now strain it.
  • Take a mixing bowl and add left over sprouts and methi in it.
  • Now add all the dry spice ingredients.
  • Mix it very well.
  • See the consistency, if its in binding position, then ok otherwise add 2 tblspn breadcrumbs in it.
  • Mash and bind it properly.
  • Now take one scoop of the mixture and make a ball of it
  • Then flatten the ball with the palm.
  • Make like wise all the kebabs.
  • Now brush the flat pan with the oil and heat it.
  • Place all the kebabs on it and after 2 mins flip it.
  • Then again after 2 mins flip it.
  • When gets crisp and brown in color, remove it from the flat pan.
  • Serve it with onion rings coated in green chutney.
