  • 1 cups moong daal soaked and grounded coarsely.

  • 1 bowls spinach washed and finely chopped.

  • 1 litre cooking oil to fry and salt to taste.


  • This is one recipe which never fails to impress my family. Be it chilly winter or dripping rains my family's favourite snack.
  • I kee the daal handy in my fridge and it lasts for 4 to 5 days easily.
  • Just mic all the ingredients and fry it on a medium flame till golden brown. Enjoy with tomato chutney and sliced o ions.
