Cut and clean the carrots , onions , garlic and ginger
Place them in a cooker & add little water and pressure cook them for 2 whistles.
Sieve the carrots and keep the stock for later use.
Take the mixture in a mixer jar.
Grind the mixture in to fine paste.
Preheat the pan and add remaining stock and give it a boil.
After that add carrot puree and mix it well
After that add salt and chaat masala.
Stir ocassionally and add roasted cumin powder.
Next add butter piece and let it melt
Now its done turn off the flame.
