Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 250 gms carrot


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 nos garlic


  • 1 nos ginger


  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper


  • 1/2 tbsp roated cumin powder


  • 1/2 tbsp chaat masala


  • 1 inch butter


  • 1 pinch salt as required


  • 2-3 tbsp crutouns and cream for garnishing

Directions

  • Cut and clean the carrots , onions , garlic and ginger
  • Place them in a cooker & add little water and pressure cook them for 2 whistles.
  • Sieve the carrots and keep the stock for later use.
  • Take the mixture in a mixer jar.
  • Grind the mixture in to fine paste.
  • Preheat the pan and add remaining stock and give it a boil.
  • After that add carrot puree and mix it well
  • After that add salt and chaat masala.
  • Stir ocassionally and add roasted cumin powder.
  • Next add butter piece and let it melt
  • Now its done turn off the flame.
