Rinse the bean sprouts in water ,drain them and boil in a presure cooker with turmeric powder,salt and one glass of water upto 2-3 whistles.
Heat a non stick pan add cumin seeds and roast it.add the chopped onion ,salt,saute for a minute,add ginger -garlic and green chillies saute till the raw aroma of ginger garlic goes away.
Add the turmeric powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder and chat masala.
Mix well and then add tamarind pulp and bring to a boil.
Now add pressure cooked bean sprouts to tamarind mixture.
Stir and add some water if required.
cook on low flame and stirring occasionally.
transfer into a serving bowl add finely chopped onion,green coriander,sev/bhujiya.
