Mix in all the ingredients except oil.
Keep it aside for 5 minutes.
Heat up a skillet or non stick tawa and grease it with butter or oil.
Stir the batter, the consistency should be thin.
Take a laddle full of batter and pour it from circumference to centre.
Sprinkle some oil around the sides.
Once base becomes crisp and golden cook from other side to make it more crisp .
Flip it again and take out on a serving plate. Serve hot with potato curry and sambhar.
