  • 1/2 cups oats ( ground to fine flour in mixer)

  • 1/4 cups rice flour

  • 1/4 cups sooji

  • 1/2 cups curd

  • 1 tsp salt or as required

  • 1.25 cups water

  • 1 tbsp oil for making dosa


  • Mix in all the ingredients except oil.
  • Keep it aside for 5 minutes.
  • Heat up a skillet or non stick tawa and grease it with butter or oil.
  • Stir the batter, the consistency should be thin.
  • Take a laddle full of batter and pour it from circumference to centre.
  • Sprinkle some oil around the sides.
  • Once base becomes crisp and golden cook from other side to make it more crisp .
  • Flip it again and take out on a serving plate. Serve hot with potato curry and sambhar.
