Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 6-7 nos boiled potato


  • 1/2 cups roasted oats


  • 1 cups boiled sweet corn


  • 1 cups bread crumbs


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 4 nos green chili ,chopped


  • 1/2 cups grated beetroot


  • 1 piece ginger,small


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 2-3 tbsp besan


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 2 tbsp semolina


  • 1-2 tsp oil

Directions

  • First roast the oats.
  • Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  • Now add roasted oats.
  • Add spices.. Mix it well..
  • Now make kebab shape with this mixture.
  • Coated with semolina.
  • Grease oil on non stick tawa put the kabab
  • And shallow fry from both sides.
  • Serve with green chutney and tomato sauce....
