Take jawar flour, rice flour in a deep plate, to that add salt to taste.
Add hot boiling water and mix well. KNead to a soft dough and keep aside for 2 minutes.
Dust dry flour over rolling board and start to pat it to flatten it in to round bhakri using hands.
Heat tawa, place bhakri and apply some water on top of the bhakari.
Roast it just till the time water starts to evaporate from the top side of bhakri.
On high flame flip the bhakri and cook from other side for just 2 minutes.
Finaly roast it on direct gas heat from both the sides and serve hot.
