Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups moong dal soaked in hot water for 10 minutes


  • 1 tsp salt or as required


  • 1 nos green chilli


  • 1 inch ginger piece


  • 250 gms gram oil for frying


  • 1 cups grated radish


  • 1/2 cups any type of green chutney


  • 2 tbsp chaat masala

Directions

  • first grind moong dal, green chilli and ginger in mixer grinder.
  • add salt in Dal mixture and blend it well.
  • hot oil in a kadai and fry pakodas with dal paste.
  • for serving take a plate put pakoras.
  • drizzle with green chutney and put some grated radish over it.
  • Drizzle some chat masala and serve.
