Heat half cup of oil in a pan and fry onion until brown.
Let it cool than grind to a fine paste using little water.
. In same oil saute all whole spices for few seconds ( mentioned above ).
Ad chicken and ginger garlic paste and cook till 10 minutes.
Ad all powdered spices, salt, biryani masala.
Cover the lid and cook till 5 minutes.
Ad beaten curd, prepared onion paste, 1/2 cup water and salt .
Cover the lid and cook till chicken tenders.
In large pot boil water with oil and salt.
Add soaked and drained rice and cook till 80% done, strain and keep aside.
Beat egg with salt and chilly powder
Heat oil in non stick pan, pour beaten egg, cook only one side, do not flip it.
Now in deep bottom vessel layer half of rice, sprinkle red Color.
Then lay prepared chicken ,chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves and again layer with remaining rice.
Stick half cooked omelette with flour water on edges of vessel.
Cover the lid and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve with onion rings and curd .
