    Peel eggplant and cut lengthwise Wash eggplant spead all masala and mix well with hands Wheat flour spread in plate Heat oil in a tawa on medium flame Eggplant price coat in wheat flour from both sides and put on hot oil Cook for a minute and turn Cook both sides one by one You can cook 3-4 piece at a time according to tawa size Hot serve with chapati You can serve it as a sider veg
