Ingredients

  • slices bread 4 nos

  • small banana 1 nos

  • chia seeds 1 tsp

  • peanut butter 1 1/2 tsp

  • capsicum 1/2 cups

  • Butter (optional) 1 tsp

  • Oil for capsicum tadka 1 tsp

  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp

  • chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt as per taste 1/3 tsp

  • hing 1 pinch

  • Amchur 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Capsicum Subji. Take oil in a kadai add mustard seeds hing turmeric powder and sauté it. Then add chopped capsicum chilli powder amchur and salt and cook well and keep aside.

    Take one slice spread peanut butter add chopped banana and top it off with soaked chia seeds. Close it with another slice(optional)

    Second sandwich Take one slice spread butter on it then add capsicum Subji and close with the other bread.

    Note if the bread is fresh no need to toast if it’s not fresh toast it slightly. Mine was fresh so did not toast it.
