  • 4 nos slices bread

  • 1 nos small banana

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 1/2 tsp peanut butter

  • 1/2 cups capsicum

  • 1 tsp butter (optional)

  • 1 tsp oil for capsicum tadka

  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder

  • 1/3 tsp salt as per taste

  • 1 pinch hing

  • 1/2 tsp amchur


  • Capsicum Subji. Take oil in a kadai add mustard seeds hing turmeric powder and sauté it. Then add chopped capsicum chilli powder amchur and salt and cook well and keep aside.
  • Take one slice spread peanut butter add chopped banana and top it off with soaked chia seeds. Close it with another slice(optional)
  • Second sandwich Take one slice spread butter on it then add capsicum Subji and close with the other bread.
  • Note if the bread is fresh no need to toast if it’s not fresh toast it slightly. Mine was fresh so did not toast it.
