  • 1/4 cups chopped white chocolate or chips
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 nos oreo cookies crushed to small bite sized
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

Directions

  • In a big microwave safe mug, add white chocolate and mix. Microwave for 40 sec
  • Mix well until lump free
  • Add flour, baking powder and oil. Whisk well
  • Add in crushed oreos and mix well
  • Microwave for 1 min 30 sec. Allow to cool for 4-5 minutes
  • Top with oreo or ice-cream and serve
