Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Paneer 250 gms

  • tea 2 tbsp

  • onion 1 nos

  • ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp

  • poppy seeds 1 tbsp

  • paneer masala powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • coriander powder 1 tsp

  • cumin seeds 1 tsp

  • Kashmiri Mirchi 1 tsp

  • Kasuri Meethi 1 tsp

  • milk 1 cups

  • salt as per taste 1 pinch

  • butter 2 tbsp

Directions

    Firstly heat water and boiled the tea and strain with strainer.

    Then cut paneer into triangles and add into tea water and keep aside for 1/2 an hour. Then in grinder add onion, poppy seeds and grind it.

    Meanwhile take out paneer from tea water. Then in a pan heat butter and add cumin seedsand crackle them.

    After that add onion paste and ginger garlic paste and saute till oil separates.

    Than add Coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, paneer masala powder, kashmiri Mirch, Kasuri Meethi.

    Saute for 5 minutes then add milk, if u required more gravy then add water.

    At last add paneer and boil for another 2 minutes. Dish is ready.

    Enjoy hot with rice, chapati or naan.
