Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups soya granules


  • 2 tbsp peanuts coarsely grind


  • 2 tbsp whole wheat flour


  • 1 nos onion finely chopped


  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste


  • 2 nos green chilies, chopped


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 5-6 nos cashewnuts


  • 3 tbsp oil for shallow fry

Directions

  • Soak the soya granules in hot water for 10 minutes. Squeeze out the water and blend till smooth. Mix with the rest of the ingredients except oil & cashewnuts.
  • Divide into large equal size portions. Give it shape of a round kebab. Place cashewnut on each kebab.
  • Shallow fry them in some oil till golden and crisp on both sides, Drain on a kitchen towel and serve with any homemade chutney of your choice.
