Ingredients

Serves 4

  • soya granules 1 cups

  • Peanuts coarsely grind 2 tbsp

  • whole Wheat Flour 2 tbsp

  • Onion finely chopped 1 nos

  • Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp

  • green chilies, chopped 2 nos

  • Coriander leaves, chopped 2 tbsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt to taste 1 pinch

  • Roasted Cumin powder 1 tsp

  • garam Masala powder 1/2 tsp

  • Black Pepper powder 1/2 tsp

  • Cashewnuts 5-6 nos

  • Oil for shallow fry 3 tbsp

Directions

    Soak the soya granules in hot water for 10 minutes. Squeeze out the water and blend till smooth. Mix with the rest of the ingredients except oil & cashewnuts.

    Divide into large equal size portions. Give it shape of a round kebab. Place cashewnut on each kebab.

    Shallow fry them in some oil till golden and crisp on both sides, Drain on a kitchen towel and serve with any homemade chutney of your choice.
