This is a special street food in Brazil but in this pastry i used chickpeas instead of chicken

Ingredients

1 cups chickpeas
2 tbsp maida
1 nos onion
1 sprig coriander few
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 pinch salt according to your taste
1 cups oil for frying
2 tsp oil
Oil 1 tbsp
1 tsp chat masala
2 tsp cheese grated
1 tbsp tomato sauce
Directions
in a bowl mix maida salt and 2 teaspoon oil mix well now with required water make a soft dough and keep a aside for 15 mint
heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok add Onion saute till brown color now add all spices and coriander mix well
now in a mixer pot add chickpeas and make coarse powder
now add cheese and tomato sause mix well
now make a small ball from dough roll it very thin then cut in square shape now place little mixture of chickpeas and cover it now seal the edges with oil and with the help of fork tight press it
