wash chicken
make a paste of cashews and chironji
make a paste of 2 onions
heat oil in a pot add 2 onion sliced and saute till brown color when it done remove from oil and make a paste
now add whole garam masala ( bayleaf, cinnamon, cloves and black pepper) saute for a minute
nowadd chicken mix it well now add ginger garlic paste and saute for five minutes
now add cashews paste and saute for a minute
now add onion paste and all dry spices ( red chilli, turmeric, coriander, tandoori masala, garam masala and salt) mix it well
now add curd and mix well all the ingredients well
add little water and let themcook on high flame
when chicken become soft then saute till oil comes above
off the flame when gravy become thick and oil comes above
now take a bowl put burning coal and place this bowl in a pot now put few drops of desi ghee and cover the pot.. after 10 minutes open it and serve
