For rajma- soak rajma overnight
in a pressure cooker add rajma water as required and cooked till 5 whistles.
when its became soft of the flame and keep a side
heat oil in a wok add sliced onion saute till its change in color now add tomatoes chopped onion and all dry spices.
now add ginger garlic paste stir continuously add lil bit of water and stir..
when oil comes from sides add rajma and mix it well with required water.. stir continuously... Add coriander leaves at the end and lemon juice serve hot..
Rice - heat oil in a pot add cumin seeds when its crackle add 4 cups of water.
when its come to boil add rice in it ad keep it for steamed..
off the flame when its cooked well.
