Ingredients

Serves 3

  • soya granules boiled 1 bowls

  • yellow bell pepper chopped 1/2 nos

  • red bell pepper chopped 1/2 nos

  • green capsicum chopped 1/2 nos

  • salt 1 tbsp

  • boiled corn kernels 1 bowls

  • big lettuce leaves 8-10 nos

  • oregano 1 tsp

  • black pepper 1/2 tsp

  • olive oil 2 tsp

  • Chili sauce 1 tsp

  • Green Chili sauce 1 tsp

  • garlic powder 1 tsp

Directions

    firstly we have to blanch lettuce leaves for 2 minutes

    now take out the lettuce leaves from the water

  • 03

    Keep the lettuce leaves carefully in the strainer so that excess of water comes out and it is not broken.

    Now take a kadai and add 1 tsp of oil in it.

    Add all three of the chopped bell peppers in it.

    Saute it for 2 mins and then add corn kernels.

    Mix it and saute it.

    Now add boiled soya granules in it.

    Mix it and add all the dry spice ingredients in it.

    Mix it and add all the sauces.

    Now mix it properly so that they are combined to eaxh other.

    Dry out the excess of water if there is.

    Let it cool down.

    On the other hand preheat the oven for ten mins.

    Brush the baking tray with oil.

    Now take one lettuce leave.

    Then stuff 2 spoons of soya mixture in it and start rolling nicely so that soya mixture does not comes out.

    Like wise roll out all the leaves and keep it in the baking tray.

    Now place this baking tray in the oven for ten mins.

    After take it out and our lettuce rolls are ready to eat.

    Serve hot with mayonnaise or ketchup.
