  • 1 bowls soya granules boiled

  • 1/2 nos yellow bell pepper chopped

  • 1/2 nos red bell pepper chopped

  • 1/2 nos green capsicum chopped

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 1 bowls boiled corn kernels

  • 8-10 nos big lettuce leaves

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp chili sauce

  • 1 tsp green chili sauce

  • 1 tsp garlic powder


  • firstly we have to blanch lettuce leaves for 2 minutes
  • now take out the lettuce leaves from the water
  • Keep the lettuce leaves carefully in the strainer so that excess of water comes out and it is not broken.
  • Now take a kadai and add 1 tsp of oil in it.
  • Add all three of the chopped bell peppers in it.
  • Saute it for 2 mins and then add corn kernels.
  • Mix it and saute it.
  • Now add boiled soya granules in it.
  • Mix it and add all the dry spice ingredients in it.
  • Mix it and add all the sauces.
  • Now mix it properly so that they are combined to eaxh other.
  • Dry out the excess of water if there is.
  • Let it cool down.
  • On the other hand preheat the oven for ten mins.
  • Brush the baking tray with oil.
  • Now take one lettuce leave.
  • Then stuff 2 spoons of soya mixture in it and start rolling nicely so that soya mixture does not comes out.
  • Like wise roll out all the leaves and keep it in the baking tray.
  • Now place this baking tray in the oven for ten mins.
  • After take it out and our lettuce rolls are ready to eat.
  • Serve hot with mayonnaise or ketchup.
