Ingredients

  • fresh yoghurt, chilled 1 cups

  • cold almond milk 1 cups

  • Frozen or fresh strawberry 4 nos

  • frozen/fresh banana 1 nos

  • quick cooking oats 1/2 cups

  • honey/maple syrup 1 tbsp

  • cinnamon powder 1 pinch

Directions

  • 01

    Put all the ingredients in mixie jar except cinnamon powder.

  • 02

    Grind smoothly. Pour in a tall glass, Sprinkle cinnamon powder and serve chilled.
