fresh yoghurt, chilled 1 cups
cold almond milk 1 cups
Frozen or fresh strawberry 4 nos
frozen/fresh banana 1 nos
quick cooking oats 1/2 cups
honey/maple syrup 1 tbsp
cinnamon powder 1 pinch
Directions
Put all the ingredients in mixie jar except cinnamon powder.
Grind smoothly. Pour in a tall glass, Sprinkle cinnamon powder and serve chilled.
