Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups fresh yoghurt, chilled


  • 1 cups cold almond milk


  • 4 nos frozen or fresh strawberry


  • 1 nos frozen/fresh banana


  • 1/2 cups quick cooking oats


  • 1 tbsp honey/maple syrup


  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder

Directions

  • Put all the ingredients in mixie jar except cinnamon powder.
  • Grind smoothly. Pour in a tall glass, Sprinkle cinnamon powder and serve chilled.
