Ingredients

1 cups fresh yoghurt, chilled
1 cups cold almond milk
4 nos frozen or fresh strawberry
1 nos frozen/fresh banana
1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1 tbsp honey/maple syrup
1 pinch cinnamon powder
Directions
Put all the ingredients in mixie jar except cinnamon powder.
Grind smoothly. Pour in a tall glass, Sprinkle cinnamon powder and serve chilled.
